Hot4Lax provides indoor and outdoor lacrosse leagues and clinics for youth, high school, and adult players. We conduct individual lessons, small group training and team camps. Hot4Lax can be hired for High Interest Days at local schools. We work with all levels of play from beginners to Select players.
Robin Buckley, director of Hot4Lax, has 20 years of experience teaching and coaching lacrosse in the Midwest and Eastcoast.

Hot4Lax Training Academy - Group and Individual sessions

The group training classes will be held at the Hot4Lax Training Center in Waukesha (adjacent NX Level Pro Performance Training).
Sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in one-hour segments from 4:00-9:00 PM.
Students can enroll in a four-week classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings starting in December. Rolling admission is based on availability. Wednesday nights are full. Space available on Thursday evenings.

Girl's Indoor High School Leagues - Updated 2/2/10

Girl's high school league play starts Sunday, January 10th at Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex.

Girls
Youth and novice players (grades 3-12) start at 1:00 PM on field # 3.
Experienced high school girl's have been divided into four teams. They will play on field #2 at 1:00 or 2:00 PM each week depending on the team schedule and their respective roster. Please check the attached roster below to determine the team and time of play. There are two pages on the PDF.
Arrive early to check in.

Boy's High School League - 2/2/10

Boy's High School Eight teams have been drafted to establish comparable teams, so please confirm your team assignment and game time. Please arrive early to return your previous jersey and pick up a new one.
Games start at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. See the attached schedule and roster for the upcomh games. Changes to teams may be made after the first week, so check back on Thursday to confirm teams and game time.

Winter Youth Indoor Lacrosse at BISC

Geared for boy's and girl's in grades 2 - 12, this instructional program is designed to build skills through drills, coaching and scrimmages in hopes to have the players become more comfortable, confident and knowledgable about the game of lacrosse. Programs started Sunday, January 10, 2010.

Goalie Clinic - Saturday, February 27th

Coaches will work with players on specific skills and team concepts to prepare for the season. These programs are designed for new and experienced, youth and high school players.

Build the confidence and knowledge of proper footwork, hand speed and positioning to stop the ball and lead your team.

Hot4Lax is an organization that promotes the growth of the game of lacrosse at all levels through leagues and clinic's in the summer, fall, winter and spring. Our goal is to serve as the "skill development" program for individual player's and team's in the pre-season, in-season and post-season. Our role is to share our passion for the game and compliment regular season team's in southeastern Wisconsin.
