Fall Ball Lacrosse - Sunday afternoons at Hart Park
Fall Ball Lacrosse will run for five consecutive Sunday afternoons on the turf at Hart Park. It is open to all high school, college and post-college players. Women play during the first hour. Men play in the second hours. Games start Sunday, September 19th at 4:00 PM!

- This 'Fall Ball' league is a lacrosse league for high school, college and post-college club players.
- Certified officials for each game.
Individual registration:Early bird registration - $65 by August 31st.
$75 from September 1st to 17th.
$85 starting September 18th or on site.
Teams will be play on one sprint turf field. Game schedule is as follows:
- Sept 19th: Women 4:00 - 5:00 pm; Men: 5:00 - 7:00 pm
- Sept 26th: Women 4:00 - 5:00 pm; Men: 5:00 - 7:00 pm
- Oct 3rd: Women 6:00 - 7:00 pm; Men: 7:00 - 9:00 pm
- Oct 10th: Women 4:00 - 5:00 pm; Men: 5:00 - 7:00 pm
- Oct 17th: Women 5:00 - 6:00 pm; Men: 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Mad Cow - Milwaukee Men's Lacrosse Club

Mad Cow is a Wisconsin men's lacrosse club based in Milwaukee, WI. Games are played in the Fall and Spring including the
Brewtown Showdown. Player's range in age from eighteen to fifty four and have playing experience from high school, college club, DIII and even new players.
In the Spring, Mad Cow participates in the Great Lakes Lacrosse League
(GLLL).

Milwaukee Indoor Lacrosse League - Fall 2010

Milwaukee Indoor Lacrosse League will runfrom Monday,November 1st through December 20th at Uihlein Soccer Complex from 7:00-9:00 PM.
Players can sign up individually or as a team to play 6 vs. 6 box lacrosse. Players range in caliber from beginners to advanced. Players can be in college and post college. Great off season play for field lacrosse players.
The league will start Monday, November 1st and be held for eight consecutive Monday evenings. Games will be held at Uihlein Indoor Soccer Complex at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM with warm up time built in.
Fall session is $85 per person for the eight week program or $850 per team, maximum of sixteen players per team. Individual registration is required. Nightly drop in rate is $18.
Players must have current membership to US Lacrosse. This is needed for liability coverage mandated by the facility. Please include membership number on registration form.
MILL Rules & Tips
Regular rules apply except for there is limited contact- No Cross Checking and NO BOARDING-
bumping and grinding allowed.
* Ten minute warm up
* Two 20 minute running halves: last two minutes are stop time.
* Five minute half-time
* No Long Poles
* No over and back the midfield line, except on a shot.
* 10 seconds to clear the defensive zone once a team gains possesion.
* Shot Clock: once a team gains possesions they have 20 seconds to get a shot on net/through the crease area.
* No running through the crease by offensive players.
* Penalties are in one minute intervals.
* No contact with goalies.
Playing Tips*On offense form columns of 2 and 3 on each side of the goal
*Keep the middle open as much as possible
*When picking the ball roll towards the goal
*On defense never let your man beat you up the middle...force him down the sides.
*Take quick hard shifts. If you are on for more than 2 minutes get off! As a general Rule it is up down, up down, and off. The Pros go up down and off.
* Never substitute on defense.
* Work the ball fast and furious!
Rental Equipment
Do you need up to date lacrosse equipment? Hot4Lax has rental equipment available for each session. You can rent the entire package or specific gear. Required equipment includes: helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard and stick. Suggested equipment: rib pads, cup, shorts and gym/cleats/basketball shoes.
