Fall After School Lacrosse
After School lacrosse to be held in Fox Point,Waukesha, Hartland and Brookfield starting September 13th. This is geared for youth lacrosse players(boys and girls) in grades 3-8. Fun for all! This is a weekly program running for six weeks from Monday, September 13th to Thursday, October 21st. Early registration is encouraged. Format includes warm up, skills development and lacrosse games including Chumash and regular lacrosse. All experience levels are welcome. Cost is $75 per person. Check location and sign up online or by mail. Equipment is available for rental. Required gear includes a helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard and stick (cup is recommended)for boys; stick, mouthguard and goggles for girls. Discounted rental fee is $30 for Fall ball. Indoor Lacrosse at Brookfield Indoor Sports Complex
Fall & Winter 2010-11; Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex - Brookfield, WIGeared for boy's and girl's in grades 2 - 12, this instructional program is designed to build a strong foundation for lacrosse. Through skills and drills, coaching and scrimmages, our goal is to have the players become more comfortable, confident and knowledgable about the game of lacrosse. Youth sessions will be fifty minutes in length, include skill development, understanding the game, situational concepts and then demonstrating those skills through a controlled scrimmage. There will be three coaches on the field at each session. Girl's high school player's will be divided into two groups - new and experienced. New players should enroll in the 1:00 PM program. Experienced players should enroll in the 2:00 PM program. There will be three time slots for girls this winter. Boy's high school player's can choose from a skills and drills session with scrimmaging or a league play format. New high school boy's players (JV) should enroll in the 3:00 - 4:00 PM session for formal skills development. Varsity and experienced high school boys should enroll in the league format starting at 4:00 PM. Games will be 50 minute running time(two 25 minute halves) and played at 4:00 and 5:00 PM. The eight team rosters and schedule will be posted on the website by January 1st. Teams will rotate game time from week to week. Participants will receive a jersey and excellent coaching from our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff. There will also be periodic updates and additional information about the lacrosse schedule and teams. Equipment Rental
Hot4Lax is now offering equipment rental for our boys and girls indoor and outdoor sessions! We have sticks and goggles for girls; helmets, gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads for boys. Equipment is from top brands like Warrior, Brine, STX, Cascade, Shamrock/Riddell and Harrow. Rent them individually or as a package. If you are wary about purchasing equipment, rent our equipment on a per session basis until you get your own. Rentals can be rolled over to the next session. A new rental fee is needed for the rollover or the security deposit will be cashed. Equipment can be picked up a half hour prior to the first session. It should be returned by the last day of the session. It is the renters responsibility to return it to the Hot4Lax office by mail, foot or horseback if not returned at the last session. Please complete form below prior to the start of the program by filling in your personal information, circling equipment needed and sending to HOT4LAX. At the fitting, our experienced staff will fill in the type of equipment and size as they outfit the player. Rental equipment can be purchased. You are welcome to rollover the rental to the following session/season. Two checks are collected at the rental;one for the rental of equipment and a second for the security deposit if the gear is not returned in a timely manner. Security deposit will be cashed if the equipment is not returned in good condition or if equipment is not returned by the due date. Spring Indoor Boy's Youth Lacrosse at Uihlein
Monday, March 8th to Monday, April 5th 5:00 - 8:00 PM.Tune up for the spring season with this five week lacrosse Skills & Drills clinic at Uihlein Indoor Soccer Complex. This program will be held one day per week on Monday evenings. There will be three sessions for boy's in grades 2 to 8. The hour long program will include skills and drills with a scrimmage at the end. This is a third session of indoor available for youth players of all level. It is a great opportunity to play leading up to the outdoor season starting in mid-April. Equipment is available. Boy's and girl's 2nd - 4th grade: 5:00 - 6:00 PM Boy's 5th & 6th grade: 6:00 - 7:00 PM Boy's 7th & 8th grade: 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Uihlein Indoor Soccer Complex 7101 W. Indoor Lacrosse Rules and Tips
Regular rules apply except for there is limited contact- No Cross Checking, NO BOARDING, No Take out Checks - bumping and grinding allowed. * Five minute warm up * Two 25 minute running halves: last two minutes are stop time. * Five minute half-time * No Long Poles * No over and back the midfield line, except on a shot. * 10 seconds to clear the defensive zone once a team gains possesion. * Shot Clock: once a team gains possesions they have 30 seconds to get a shot on net/through the crease area. * No running through the crease by offensive players. * Penalties are in one minute intervals. * No contact with goalies. Playing Tips*On offense form columns of 2 and 3 on each side of the goal *Keep the middle open as much as possible *When picking the ball roll towards the goal *On defense never let your man beat you up the middle...force him down the sides. *Take quick hard shifts. If you are on for more than 2 minutes get off! As a general Rule it is up down, up down, and off. The Pros go up down and off. * Never substitute on defense. * Work the ball fast and furious!

Refund Policy
Due to limited field availability, the need to reserve fields far in advance and limited space for participants, partial refunds will be allowed within four weeks prior to the start date. No refunds are available once the program begins. However, if participants are unable to attend due to an injury a portion of the program will be prorated and credit given to future programs.
