Box Lacrosse

Box lacrosse equipment is different than field equipment. Because the game is played indoors in close quarters, the game can be more physical than its outdoor field counter part. Padding for box lacrosse includes helmets, gloves, arm guards, shoulder pads with bicep pads and rib guards. Hard plastic rib guards, bicep pads and arm guards covering the full arm are advised. Many box players also wear hockey helmets with a box face mask.
